Heliamphora Heterodoxa
Its Amazing Adaptation:The Heliamphora Heterodoxa's amazing adaptation is it's poisonous nectar. It's prey walks onto the nectar hoping for a delicious treat, but the Heterodoxa drunkens the prey and it falls inside. Pretty cool! The Heliamphora Heterodoxa needs this adaptation to protects itself from animals and insects eating it. It also needs it to eat, it needs it because the ground surrounding it is full of water (it is a wetland). If it was to pull in any moisture from the soil water would come flowing in and it would drown.
